the JWT chip has more monetary value, you could swap your old OEM chip back in the ECU if you were returning your car to stock boost. No sense in leaving the car run stock with an aftermarket chip. You can do the reverse chip swap yourself, very easy. I bought one special tool, an *EPROM puller* which was just a specialized pair of tweezers, at Radio Shack for a few bucks to do the job. Other than that, ground yourself so you don't let a static charge hit your ECU during the swap.
